Pastry Chef - Jersey
An experienced and formally trained Pastry Chef with drive and enthusiasm is required to work in our busy kitchen preparing gateau’s, Tarts & Individual pastries. High levels of daily output will be required to meet demand. We are well known on Jersey for our range of delicious cakes and we now also offer a wide range of Vegan and Gluten Free cakes.
This is a permanent salaried position with a basic of 47.5 hours over a 5 day week with straight shifts. Applicants must have excellent references and a proven track record in the management of a pastry section including stock management and H&S.”
